I am sure you are questioning the heading up there, “Our family’s worst nightmare.” I would be too. I need a space to organize my thoughts and work through the roller-coaster of emotions. That is how this blog came to be

Back to the nightmare, though…here it goes. In January of 2023, my 15 year old daughter came to me and told me her father (my ex-husband) has been raping her. For years. So, this blog is a place for me to piece together my thoughts, experiences, emotions, and everything else while we navigate this as a family. A broken, beautiful, and blessed family.
